The healthcare system is comprised of a high volume, level two trauma center, a moderate volume community hospital and a lower volume free standing Emergency Department.  All physicians rotate through all three sites on primarily 8 and 9 hour shifts with excellent coverage provided by both physicians and PAs.  They also provide the most extensive team of Scribes in the area!  Quality is key here with a fabulous physical plant that has in-suite radiology and labs 24/7 in the trauma center, extraordinary back-up and a team approach to practice.

Income is based totally on billing and partnership is earned in two years.  Incoming physicians will enjoy high earnings based on their billing and documentation capabilities, and can participate in a wide range of benefit options for themselves and their families.  The electronic T-System is the EMR recently put into use.  Incomes the first two years are well over $340K and go up to over $400K after partnership.
