This 65K volume, high acuity ED sees a very young and affluent patient population with admission rates in the 25% range.  A gorgeous new physical plant provides the perfect environment for achieving clinical excellence along with a  new EMR system that streamlines the documentation and coding process.  Triple and double coverage combined with talented mid-levels and a strong, young multi-specialty back-up team make this a low-risk, high quality practice environment.

Incoming physicians will earn a base salary plus quarterly incentive bonus based on productivity and citizenship.  Combined they create an average hourly income in the $165 to $180 range.  Comprehensive benefits provide full family health and dental coverage, paid leave, full life and disability as well as CME/dues stipend and malpractice plus tail.  As an employee of the healthcare system, physicians also enjoy a healthy matched 401K pension plan with immediate vesting.
