physician fulfills our high standards for candidate qualification. Once
a physician has been accepted as a candidate, we design and execute
a comprehensive marketing campaign for that physician, targeting only
those potential employers that fulfill the bulk of the physicians
needs.
The Katz Company
will inform the candidate of every opportunity available in their selected
geographic corridor, even if the opportunity is with a group/facility
not associated with our firm. We advise the candidates to pursue such
positions on their own, should they choose to.
The Katz Company
only refers a physicians CV to a potential employer after the
position has been discussed with the candidate in detail, and the physician
has given permission for us to do so. We will arrange for a detailed
telephone interview between the candidate and the client hiring authority
so that all details can be covered before each party commits to the
time and expense of a site visit. Confidentiality is guaranteed all
candidates and clients working with The Katz Company. Once a candidate
has completed the interview and offer process, we assist with contract
negotiations. We will also provide assistance with credentialing and
relocation whenever possible. The Katz Company conducts a thorough reference
check, but most clients prefer to also conduct their own.
